| The purpose of our Privacy Policy is to protect
the privacy and confidentiality of our members and other users,
including persons who vist our web site. We recognize and respect
that members and others who visit our web site expect privacy and
confidentiality. To that end, we follow these policies:
- Our credit union will collect only the personal information
that is necessary to conduct business and/or fullfill your request.
- Our credit union will only share information when absolutely
necessary. We will only share information to administer the products
and services we provide, when required to do so by government,
or when we partner with other business to offer a broader array
of products and services.
- Our credit union will partner only with businesses that follow
strict confidentiality requirements. The businesses we select
will offer products designed to enhance our members economic well
being. Under no circumstances will we authorize these firms to
charge your account without your express consent.
- Any member of our credit union may elect to keep information
from being shared with our business partners. We will inform you
on how to exercise your choice, and will take all reasonable steps
to make sure your requests are followed. At least once a year,
we will remind all members of your right to choose.
- Except for Home Banking Logins and on-line forms, we don't gather
information on individual users of our Web site. We merely collect
and store information about the name of the domain from which
you access the Internet, the date and time you access our site,
and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked
to us. Other than that, we collect information on visitors only
in the aggregate and use it for internal review purposes only.
- We will not sell member information to outside marketing firms.
- If you choose to email us, your e-mail address, and/or any other
information we gather from our web site won't be sold or shared
with any party outside the credit union unless we are compelled
to do so by law.
- All home banking logins are logged by the server. For authenticated
members who use home banking, we collect and store certain information
such as how often you visit the home banking section, dates and
times of visits and which pages are being used. We use this information
for internal review and product evaluation only. We never sell,
transfer or trade this information unless we are compelled to
do so by law.
- We may gather and store additional information available to
us on failed login attempts and other activity we consider a threat
to our home banking system. In these cases, we will share this
information with other companies, agencies and law enforcement
officials as we see fit.
- We reserve the right to change this policy at any time by posting
a new privacy policy.
